Yes. Export your Sortly library as CSV (Settings → Export library) and upload it under Migrations → Sortly. Our importer maps Sortly's item, folder, custom-field, and photo columns into OneAce items, categories, custom fields, and image attachments in one pass — no spreadsheet munging required.

How does OneAce compare to Sortly Ultra and Premium?

OneAce Pro matches Sortly Ultra's PO + barcode receiving + multi-photo workflow at $29/mo vs $149/mo, and removes the 2,000-item cap entirely. Do you charge per warehouse, per location, or per item?

No. Pro and Business include unlimited warehouses, unlimited bins, and unlimited items. The only metered dimension is seats (10 on Pro, unlimited on Business). Sortly meters items at every tier; we deliberately don't.

Does the Free plan really ship multi-warehouse?

Free ships one warehouse — but every paid tier ships unlimited warehouses, which is the Sortly Premium $299/mo line. Free still includes offline scanning, stock counts, the full movements ledger, and CSV export, so a single-location operator never has to pay anything.

What does Sortly charge for that OneAce includes for free?

Offline barcode scanning, the stock-movement ledger, low-stock alerts, and CSV export ship on the OneAce Free plan. On Sortly those gate behind Advanced ($49/mo) or higher. Bin-level tracking and scan-assisted receiving — Sortly Ultra-only at $149/mo — ship on OneAce Pro at $29/mo.

Trial, refunds, plan changes, data ownership — the answers most teams want before they sign up.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — every paid plan starts with a 14-day Pro trial, no credit card required. The Free plan itself never expires and stays available forever, including offline barcode scanning and stock counts.

What happens if I exceed plan limits?

We never block your team mid-shift. On Free, you keep read-write access to your existing 100 items and 1 warehouse — only the 101st item or 2nd warehouse prompts an upgrade. Paid plans are unlimited, so there is nothing to overage.

Can I change plans whenever I want?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect instantly with a prorated charge; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Existing data is never deleted on downgrade — you keep full read access until you upgrade back.

Do you offer annual discounts?

Yes — annual billing saves 20% versus monthly on both Pro and Business. That works out to $23/mo for Pro ($278/year) and $63/mo for Business ($758/year), billed upfront. Unused months are refunded if you cancel.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and Apple Pay / Google Pay through Stripe. Invoiced ACH and wire transfers are available on annual Business plans — email support@oneace.app to set it up.

What is your refund policy?

30-day money-back guarantee on any first paid month or annual plan, no questions asked. After that, monthly plans simply cancel at the end of the cycle, and annual plans get a prorated refund for the unused months.

Is there a setup fee or onboarding charge?

No. There are no setup fees, onboarding charges, or per-integration fees on any plan. Every integration — Shopify, QuickBooks, Xero, Amazon, BabyMall, custom webhooks — is included at the plan price.

Who owns my data, and can I export it?

You do — your data is yours, always. Every plan (including Free) ships one-click CSV and Excel exports for items, stock movements, purchase orders, and audit logs. We never sell or share customer data, and a full account export is available on request from Settings → Privacy.
